The reason you find it so hard to start is because of the unconscious stories you are telling yourself about why you can’t.

It’s nothing to do with being ‘lazy’. 

Subconsciously, we only allow ourselves to enjoy a certain amount of good things in our life. When the ego feels that we don’t deserve anymore or have reached our limit, we self-sabotage and do things to stop us from going further without even realising. It’s called the ‘upper limit’.

This part of you is afraid of the unknown, it keeps you in your comfort zone. You may notice it when trying to build new habits or achieve a goal. You’re on top of things for a while, it feels good. Then one day you lose momentum.

It's a quiet voice inside your head that whispers, "You can’t do that because you don’t have time" or "It won't work out anyway." It's the little tricks your mind plays to keep you within your comfort zone, to keep you ‘safe’.

In follow up sessions we will reflect on progress, challenges and anything that’s come up for you since the last session, then work on any remaining blocks, challenges or unwanted patterns. We’ll then finish by discussing further actions, next steps and I will share any recommended tools, strategies or resources to support you.

  • That’s okay, the sessions are both powerful for people who know exactly what their goals are and those who aren’t really sure yet. We will dig deep into your values, what’s important to you and what your ideal life looks like. This helps you come up with some ideas and thoughts about what you might want to do and then from there we can break it down into how that might look for you.

  • The reason these sessions are so powerful is because of the combination of techniques that are used within them. 2 hours is good chunk of time to deep dive into your values and goals. Then we’ll break that down into a plan for you. I also use other techniques such as Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and EFT to help you shift through any blocks or challenges based on what comes up for you in the first part of the session. These are techniques that work with your subconscious.

  • NLP is using the language of the mind to achieve our desired outcomes. It is all about being the best possible version of yourself. It’s about the way you think, and learning how you can think more effectively, supporting you to achieve your goals in life and to release the things holding you back such as limiting beliefs, behaviours and habits you no longer need.

    It works with the unconscious mind and the language you use towards yourself to start changing those unwanted behaviours, habits and beliefs so you can move forward and achieve the things you desire.
