How it works
Clarity
We get clear on exactly where you want to go, what’s important to you and the change you want to bring in your life. We do goalsetting exercises and discover your values so know the direction you’re heading in and why.
Inner work
We look at what’s stopping you & uncover the unconscious blocks getting in the way such as self-doubt, fear or limiting beliefs. We do this through techniques such as Hypnotherapy, EFT Tapping and Mindset Coaching.
A new reality
I support you as you step into your new reality and make the changes that will help you find purpose, freedom & joy. You get dedicated 1:1 support through our in-depth sessions and weekly WhatsApp support.

Welcome pack
Sent to you before we start. Includes a journal to support you for the duration of the package and beyond.
8 online 1:1 sessions
Starting with a 90 minute session to visualise your dream life, understand what matters to you and get completely clear on your goals. We set your goals based on the life you dream about living so you can start taking action towards them with me by your side.
You’ll then have 7x 60 minute 1:1 coaching and Hypnotherapy sessions to do the deep healing work, overcome fears and remove blocks that are getting in the way of your goals.
Session recordings
You’ll receive a recording of each session so you can download and refer back to them at any point in future
Regular WhatsApp support
You get dedicated WhatsApp support, reflections & check-ins (Monday - Friday). You’ll have daily access to me as your coach week in, week out. I’ll be your cheerleader, hold you accountable and support you between our sessions so you get the most out of the package
Tips, tools, recordings & resources
You’ll get bespoke recommendations & exercises, along with personalised resources such as EFT videos, meditations & Hypnotherapy recordings that will support you long-term - you can keep coming back to them whenever you need them!
This will arm you with the tools to continue doing the work and building your dream life long after our time working together.

Hello, I’m Jess and I believe the subconscious mind is SO powerful.
I created this package to support people struggling with the same things that used to keep me stuck. I’ve been there and you are not alone.
I used to struggle with overwhelming negative self-talk, constant worry and anxiety which lead to procrastination and frustration.
No matter how much I achieved, it never felt like enough. I second-guessed every decision, was scared to get out of my comfort zone and try new things, and constantly worried about what other people thought.
Because of this, I held myself back. I procrastinated on things I wanted to do because I was afraid of getting them wrong. I avoided opportunities that could have helped me grow because I didn’t feel ready. And when I did push myself, I felt like an imposter, just waiting to be exposed.
Then I hit a point where I realised I couldn’t keep living like this. I was resentful and frustrated that I wasn’t moving forward.
That’s when I made the decision to do something about it. And once I started working on my mindset at the subconscious level, everything changed.
I stopped overthinking every little decision and learned to trust myself
I let go of the pressure to be perfect and started actually taking action
I felt calmer, more relaxed and more in control of my own life.
I went from holding myself back to confidently stepping into opportunities I used to think weren’t for me

Listen, can we get straight to it for a second?
From working with others who have been where you are now, I know that you really want your life to have meaning. You want to feel fulfilled and like you’re thriving.

What you put in you will get out. As long as you are open-minded, willing to try new things, show up for yourself and do the inner work, you will see things start to change. It may be subtle at first but your commitment to doing the work means things will start to change on a deeper level because you are choosing yourself.
It is normal to have some fears because it is an investment and it means things will change and that may be uncomfortable at times. However, it’s important to get out of your comfort zone in order to grow and change!

3 months is a long enough period of time to get under the surface, create change on a deeper level and for it to take effect for you long term. This is a great amount of time to really delve into all areas of your life and explore your goals, values, your unconscious mind and use various techniques to support you to experience breakthroughs and progress.
If you feel like you want to continue working with me at the end of the 3 months and make further changes, there is the option to keep working with me on an ongoing basis.

Hypnotherapy is a subconscious technique used to help make positive changes in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
The subconscious or unconscious is the part of your mind that you are not conscious of right now. There's loads of stuff that lives here that you’re unaware of, and hypnotherapy helps you access this and make changes at a deeper level.
Hypnosis involves bringing you into a state of deep relaxation where you can access your subconscious mind more easily and become open to positive suggestions.
You are always in control during hypnosis. You can only be hypnotised if you want to be. Anybody can experience hypnosis if they want to.
