  • That’s okay! There will be a replay of the session available for 72 hours after, so you can catch up and still get to enjoy the experience.

  • You are always in control! One of the most common misconceptions about Hypnotherapy is that you are not in control. The truth is you are always in control, and will never do anything you don’t want to do. You can also not be Hypnotised if you don’t want to.

    You will be aware of your surroundings and you will be conscious. You can also hear and talk. Hypnosis is not a ‘special state’ and is in fact a natural state that we all experience, like when you are daydreaming or just about to fall asleep.

  • No you can’t! You are not unconscious when you are in Hypnosis, and are always in control. You can’t get stuck in Hypnosis because it is a collaborative process which you are actively taking part in, and something you can choose to stop doing at any time.

  • Yes! A lot of people say “I can’t be hypnotised” but everyone can be hypnotised to some level. It is a collaborative process and requires you to be willing and open to being hypnotised and to actually want the change. You are an active participant in the process of Hypnotherapy and it’s all about following instructions!

  • Yes it does! Online Hypnotherapy is just as effective as in person, because it uses the same approach which can be used remotely via video call or in person. It makes it more accessible as people are able to access Hypnotherapy from the comfort of their own homes.

You don’t need any prior experience with Hypnotherapy, just a quiet space and an open mind. Make sure you wear something comfortable and come ready to have a relaxing experience!

Not Suitable for Everyone

For most people, hypnotherapy is a pleasant, gentle, and extremely safe experience.

However, your safety is my number one concern and there are occasions where hypnosis would be contraindicated. That means there may be a risk.

I cannot work with you if you have a diagnosis of:

  • Psychosis

  • Schizophrenia

  • Pathological personality disorder

  • Senility

This session may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, such as epilepsy or severe mental health disorders. If you have a history of such conditions, please consult with a healthcare professional before participating.

The effects of hypnosis and meditation can vary from person to person. While many find these practices beneficial, results are not guaranteed. Your experience may differ based on various factors, including your level of receptiveness and current state of mind.
